Bellevue Botanical Gardens

For FHE last Monday, Zac and I made a Seattle bucklist. We have A LOT of things on in and I am sure it will only get longer as we discover more fun things to do. So Yesterday being Saturday we headed out to cross something off our bucketlist. We went and saw the Bellevue Botanical Gardens, and they were beautiful. (Like pretty much everything else here). Today it also rained. I was becoming a little skeptical that it did that here since it has only been warm and sunny since we arrived. But Seattle didn't let me down. It is supposed to rain all week.

Update on the job search...I had three interviews this week. Two for personal trainer positions and the other for the sports camp coach. The personal trainer ones want someone with more experience, blah. But I have a third interview for the sports camp coach one on Thursday! I get to be observed as I try to teach 7-8 year old's some soccer drills and/or warm-ups. Yikes! I am a little nervous. We will see how it goes. Wish me luck!

  1. Good for you guys for making a bucket list! We used to have one, but it's gone down the drain since Alan started working almost every Saturday. I guess I'll have to make one for Spencer and I. It's been raining here all week too. This is really NW weather in the spring.

Good luck with your interview! That sounds scary. I was thinking that maybe you should check for jobs at the YMCA up there. I was recently recommended for a wellness coach job at ours. You would be way more qualified for something like that than I would. I know they also have lots of summer counselor type positions, but they probably wouldn't pay much. Might be worth checking out though. Stay dry!
