Almost a whole month behind here, but at least I got it up before John hit 5 months. Haha. It is safe to say that month four has been the most challenging so far. A few weeks before Christmas John developed reflux and my wonderfully sleeping baby decided not to sleep any more. So for a month he was waking up almost every hour at night. That. was. hard. So after the holidays were over and we moved, we decided to sleep train. It is still a work in progress but at least I am getting more than three hours of sleep a night.
Even though this month was hard in the way of sleep, it has also been really fun. John discovered his laugh and smiles all the time! He thinks it is hilarious to get undressed on his changing table. He is so so close to rolling over and his neck control is a lot better. :) He turns his head and follows me around the room.

Ahhh! I'm so sorry about the rough sleeping! Babies are SO awesome and SO hard! I'm glad sleeping training is helping though and hope it continues to get better. I promise your exhaustion won't last forever! Love you!
