Christmas and New Beginnings
Well, another Christmas has gone by and another semester has started. And with this new semester comes goals! Yay! I actually really like goals. I like thinking of them and I love completing them! Most of my classes this semester are health related which I love. Therefore, a lot of my goals have ended up being health related. For example, in my Chronic Disease Prevention class we have an assignment to eat a Flexitarian diet for four weeks. This means that you make almost all you meals plant based. I am excited to see if my health improves. So my personal goal is to do this diet longer than the four weeks and hopefully turn it into a habit. Yay for new beginnings! On the downside of new beginnings, Lindsey has moved to Idaho. And I miss her so much. This is another new thing for me. Ever since I came to BYU I have always had a sister in Provo with me. But Elise and Lindsey have both moved away. Of course, I have Zac, whom I am very thankful for, but he is not a sister. ;) Lindsey and I have always been very close, mainly because of how close in age we are. This will be something new to adjust to this year. On the bright side, Christmas was awesome! Sometimes I wonder how I got so lucky to be in a family that is so fun to be around. The whole LeFevre clan was together this Christmas. It was great to spend so much time at home in St. Johns with all my siblings.

Wow, what an awesome picture of Alan! Yep, that's my hot husband! :) You'll have to let me know how your flexitarian diet goes and pass on a few recipes. That sounds like something I'd be interested in trying.
